It is a pleasure for me to write a testimonial for Jim Fulginiti. Jim has been a great realtor and friend to both Christine and me. I met Jim after Christine bought her first townhouse through Jim. She was very satisfied with how professional Jim was when she bought her house, so when she sold her townhouse she asked Jim to help her once again. Christine and I were buying a house together at that point, so we were selling her townhouse plus I was purchasing a townhouse for the both of us. Jim was able to find two "real" buyers within 5 days in the dead winter and worst sellers market in years. Jim also found us a beautiful and affordable townhouse in Skippack, PA, which we love. Jim conducted the timing of both settlements like an orchestra, allowing us to have everything completed and be moved in all in the same day. He always joined us if we wanted to see a home and needed him to help. Some of the areas that we went to view houses were not even close to Jim’s location and he still made time to look at those houses with us. He never tried to sell us a house that we were not in love with, furthermore he would point out the negatives of the homes, which I know all realtors will not do.
